The eyes and ears of Masterwize, this tech tracks the real-time whereabouts of the cleaning operators and project teams. If a staff member hasn’t turned up for a shift, the system sends out an automated alert to notify managers. This then allows our managers, to act. Responses could include organising a replacement cleaner and if that’s not possible a make-up clean ASAP. Scheduled work shifts are verified instantly through the system, which ensures a proactive cleaning management and high quality client outcomes.

Enterprise Quality Management System

Our EQMS provides real-time visual access across our entire business. It ensures that our services meet quality guarantees in accordance with our ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification. This system gives you full access to contract status everyday of the year. The platform allows us to monitor and adapt to your needs and ensure that we deliver a tailored solution to your business.

Technology for Training Management

Technology enables us to efficiently manage and deliver employee training. Our EQMS supports “in the field” training delivery and ensures that cleaning and service operators are compliant with best practice methods, and our environmental and safety policies.

Client Feedback

We also use technology to manage customer feedback loops with our clients. Based on the NPS methodology our client feedback and reporting systems ensure that we take an “outside in” approach that makes every customer interaction with Masterwize a positive one.
