Meet the Team
PETER MAIBOM MANAGING DIRECTOR & HEAD OF THE ECOWIZE GROUP
Peter established the Ecowize business in 2001 in Australia and in 2002 in New Zealand. He has significant global experience across the business, also covering the European, South African and American markets.
After joining the cleaning industry as a management trainee at the world’s largest contract cleaning company, ISS in Denmark, he progressed to operations manager and was instrumental in obtaining 9001 certifications for the Food Service Division.
Upon arriving in Australia, Peter dedicated several years to Ecolab in the food and beverage chemicals division, where he specialised in cleaning and sanitation chemicals for the food industry.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from MGSM. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Organisation from Aarhus Site of Business and A Ship Master’s Degree, Naval studies from Copenhagen College of Navigation. Peter is a member of the Our business Board of Directors and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
JACCI KALKWARF GENERAL MANAGER
Jacci is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for the overall company management in Australia. She joined Ecowize after spending more than 10 years in the soft facilities management industry with international organisations.
Jacci led our business in obtaining and maintaining multiple SAI Global certifications, including ISO 9001, Quality, AS4801 Health and Safety and ISO14001, Environmental. She’s helped grow the business with her ability to spot opportunity and willingness to embrace and lead change in a dynamic industry.
With cross-disciplinary technical expertise in a variety of areas, including business development, operations, finance, human resources and training, Jacci holds a Master of Business Administration, Higher Certificate in Business Studies and a Technical Certificate NTC4.
CHARLES VASSALLO NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Charles has worked with Masterwize for 25 years. He’s played a vital role in maintaining growth of the business and has encouraged adaption to changing environments that has evolved over time, ensuring the organisation stays competitive in-service offerings.
Charles is a supportive leader, encouraging our area managers to develop and grow their skills. His aptitude for managing strategic relationships with third parties ensures we remain competitive in our service delivery across the board.
JASON PANTELAS BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER (HELP DESK & CUSTOMER CARE)
Jason is a member of the management team and brings more than 10 years’ Client Services management experience to his role. He has a broad range of experience from customer service, operations, sales and IT Support.
Jason has played an important role in training, developing and mentoring our valued client services and support team.
He holds tertiary qualifications in Business and Frontline Management.
SIMONE MAGAS MARKETING MANAGER
Simone is a member of the leadership team and has more than ten years of experience in marketing. Five of those years were spent in the industrial sector, and she has held marketing positions in environmental sustainability, information technology and mobile devices.
Throughout her career Simone has shown a talent for driving business growth strategies.
Simone holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Business Administration from Sydney Institute of Business and Technology.
